The Executive MBA program by DoMS IIT Roorkee offers a highly flexible curriculum designed for working professionals. You can choose from over 40 electives that help you customise your credentials and enable you to specialise in disciplines suited to your aspirations.

The Executive MBA is a 2-year master’s degree programme with an option to complete it in up to 5 years, offering you the flexibility to learn at your own pace without compromising in your professional and personal life. This programme blends experiential and participative learning modes like simulations, business case studies, project work, prerecorded and live lectures.

In this programme, designed for the contemporary business environment and industry 4.0, you will learn the applications and emerging trends in automation, data science, and sustainability focusing on areas such as manufacturing, consulting, finance, logistics, and more. This program imparts managerial skills which empower you to manage teams and spearhead your organisation effectively.

Campus Immersion Program
An offline campus immersion program (3-4 days) is organised by DoMS between Sept and Dec every year. It includes expert lectures, campus visit (labs, library, entrepreneurship cell, etc), and interactions with faculty and on-campus students. All EMBA students are expected (it’s optional) to attend this program.

With this highly flexible and customisable degree programme, you can choose from over 40 electives, customise your credential, and specialise in disciplines that align with your career goals. You have the opportunity to earn two different specialisations from this degree programme.

Alumni Status, Campus Resources, and Convocation
While pursuing this degree, you will have access to campus resources like the library, campus guest houses (subject to availability), and more. Upon graduating, you will be invited to receive your degree at IIT Roorkee’s annual convocation at the campus. You will also become part of IIT Roorkee’s illustrious alumni network, and gain access to the incubation centre, as well as highly active alumni chapters across India and the world.

Flexibility to complete
The Executive MBA is a two-year programme with the option to complete it in up to five years. This flexibility makes it possible for you to learn at the pace that’s right for your goals and timeline.

Pay-as-you-go

The degree comprises eight Terms during which you will choose courses worth 73 credits to complete the degree. This gives you an option to pay only for the courses you take in a particular term.
